Thanks for a really great day. The 'Thrill of the Grill' course was a really enjoyable course. A great mix of theory and practice, punctuated with eating and drinking shared with fellow foodies. A real demonstration of the sheer versatility of barbecue cooking. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone with an interest in barbecuing!
