Terms & Conditions
The Weber Grill Academy, located at Weber House, Marsh Baldon, Baldon Lane, Oxfordshire OX44 9LT (“The Weber Grill Academy”), is operated by Weber-Stephen Products (UK) Ltd. (“Weber“). By booking an event with Weber you are agreeing to accept these terms & conditions. These terms also apply to events booked by the recipient of gift vouchers.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. All prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the rate ruling at the time of payment.
What is included
Your booking entitles you to one place on the Weber Grill Academy (Oxford) class. All necessary equipment will be supplied for your use during the course. Free parking is provided on site (subject to spaces being available).
What is not included
Accommodation is not included within the prices however we have specially negotiated rates with a local hotel. Please contact us for further details.
Please note that the Weber Grill Academy has no facilities on site for non participants.
Termination/Amendment of Events
Weber reserves the right to cancel any event without reason at any time and without notice. In these circumstances, at Weber’s discretion, either a refund will be given in full or an alternative date will be offered. Weber also reserves the right to change the content of an event. No liability can be accepted for any consequential loss due to termination/variation of events.
Gift Vouchers
Refunds are not available on gift vouchers nor can they be exchanged for goods or cash. Gift vouchers are transferable. If a gift voucher is lost by you it cannot be replaced.
The Weber Grill Academy gift voucher entitles the holder to attend a full master class at the Weber Grill Academy, Weber House, Marsh Baldon, Baldon Lane, Oxfordshire, OX44 9LT. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen or damaged beyond recognition. Each voucher can only be redeemed once and is only valid with bookings made directly with the Weber Grill Academy. Only original vouchers will be accepted and are subject to availability. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against Weber products. Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. You must bring the voucher with you when you attend a class at the Weber Grill Academy.
Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations (other than for gift voucher holders) and course transfers can be made providing 30 days notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice will not qualify for a refund, however Weber will endeavour to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
Age Restrictions
Participants for any course must be 16 or over.
Loss/Damages
Weber will not accept liability for any loss or damage caused to personal belongings or vehicles etc or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Liability will not be accepted for any loss or damage resulting from anything beyond the control of Weber.
Nothing in this clause or in these terms and conditions shall operate so as to exclude or restrict Weber’s liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of our negligence or that of Weber’s servants, employees or agents.
Health & Safety
Smoking is not permitted inside the Weber Grill Academy premises. Excessive drinking and use of illegal substances are not permitted. During the event we would ask that long hair is tied back and that flat non-slip footwear is worn ensuring toes are covered. Any dietary requirements or food allergies must be advised at the time of booking. Should any conduct be deemed unacceptable Weber reserve the right to require you to leave the Weber Grill Academy premises and no refund of booking fees will be made.
Proof of age will be required for those who look under the age of 25 before alcohol will be served.
You must notify the Weber Grill Academy before attending the course if you are unwell.
No pets are allowed onto the Weber Grill Academy premises, except guide dogs.
Indoor Barbecues
Weber barbecues are for outdoor use only. The barbecues in the Weber Grill Academy kitchen have been specially adapted for this unique and safe environment. Weber does not sanction barbecuing indoors.

Any complaint will be taken seriously and responded to within 30 days.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects or limits your statutory rights
This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and all disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the excluded jurisdiction of the English Courts. The applications of the uniform laws on international sales shall be excluded.

1. The Competition is open to all customers before midnight GMT on the 31st May 2011 . All entrants must be aged at least 16 who are UK residents, excluding employees of Weber-Stephen Products or anyone else connected with this promotion. Weber-Stephen Products reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Weber-Stephen Products may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant and the prize may be withheld until and unless Weber-Stephen Products is satisfied with the verification.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed, except with photo competitions whereby multiple photos can be uploaded. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid. 3. Registration details must be filled in correctly and honestly to be eligible.
4. The Competition runs until the specified Closing Date, as specified above. The draw will be held one week later and the winners notified by e-mail, Direct mail (twitter) Message (Facebook) or telephone. Maximum one prize per person. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. Once the Competition has closed all entries will be added to our members e-mail list and we reserve the rights to use all images/quotes supplied on Weber NWE websites.
5. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn from the Competition data at Weber-Stephen Products discretion.
6. Weber-Stephen Products will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
7. Weber-Stephen Products reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value should the specified prize(s) become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.
8. Weber-Stephen Products accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed registrations.
9. Weber-Stephen Products accepts no responsibility for any faults, errors or any other technical issues with the website.
10. In the event of fraud, cheating, hacking, interference, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the competition, Weber-Stephen Products reserves the right to end or suspend the Competition; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all registered entrants.
11. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
12. The names of the winner(s) may be obtained by sending a signed handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to Weber-Stephen Products, The Four Columns, Broughton Hall Business Park, Skipton. North Yorkshire, BD23 3AE.
13. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Winning entrants and will be added to our members list.
14. Weber-Stephen Products decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other Weber-Stephen Products.
16. Weber-Stephen Products reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by registering on our website subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
17. This promotion is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
