Smoking Methods
This course is dedicated to smoking on the barbecue and the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. You will experience the methods of ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ smoking, and create different types of flavours using a variety of chips, chunks, planks, papers and items from your back garden. It is a fully interactive course and will leave you full of ideas to try out when you get home. Due to popularity this course is not available until May, 2013
Drinks will be provided throughout the day so all you need to bring along is yourself. At the end of the course you will receive a goody bag which contains a recipe booklet from the day so you can go home and amaze your friends and family with your new found skills.
Smoking Methods is a full day course running from 10am to 4pm.
N.B. most of the smoking is carried out on the charcoal barbecues, however, some of the recipes are cooked on gas.
