Festive Barbecuing

Do you ever find yourself struggling to find space to cook your Christmas meal in the oven? Why not cook your turkey on the barbecue! It will free up oven space and provide you with beautiful and succulent results. It will certainly get the neighbours talking! This course will show you how to cook your Christmas meal on the barbecue, provide you with plenty of dishes for entertaining and using up the ‘left over’s’. FULLY BOOKED FOR 2012

Drinks will be provided throughout the day so all you need to bring along is yourself. At the end of the course you will receive a goody bag which contains a recipe booklet from the day so you can go home and amaze your friends and family with your new found skills.

Festive Barbecuing is a full day course running from 10am to 4pm.
