This course is dedicated to smoking on the barbecue and the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. You will experience the methods of ‘hot’ and ‘cold’ smoking, and create different types of flavours using a variety of chips, chunks, planks, papers and items from your back garden. It is a fully interactive course and will leave you full of ideas to try out when you get home.
